Rudol Von Strohiem mod for Hearts of Iron IV

NOTE: This is just humor and not real. The image and name all goes to the creators of JO JO Battle Tendency. They are gods and we are mortals. If the company wants to pull it off from the site, then i'm happy to do so. If other moderators want to incorporate this into other mods, i'd be happy that you send me an e-mail first before implementing it, to the mod you have created. Here is an alpha build of the mod. It adds Rudol Von Strohiem, from "Jo Jo Battle Tendency" into the game, as a field marshal. I will be working on research benefits as a High command general in the next update. I hope Jo Jo fans and HOI4 fans will like his presence on the field. DOITSU NO KAGAKU WA SEKAI ICHI!
