C&C: Reign of Steel is a re-envisioning of the Tiberian series, so it is completely separate from the original universe. However, some parts are still similar to the original - the appearance of GDI and Nod for example. Because I am not sticking with the original universe I can make major changes to the appearance and feeling of the game.
This is an amazing mod that gives you new refreshing feel for the TS universe and RA 2 engine! This mod cant die as it has too many great things going for it. From the amazing GFX to awesome sounds and voices(most of this things have Tiberian Wars feel)The AI is also neat as infantry try's to move away from the tracks of big Mammoth tanks on their own!!!That alone says that this mod has attention to detail.Oh and above all its a TS game that actually has its own vibe on the RA 2 engine!You can garrison the buildings finally and seeing GDI and NOD fighting in urban areas when now they know how to use doors is just awesome ::)I have high hopes for this mod as to me it means that RA 2 will finally get an awesome TS mod that can stand on its own two legs ::)
