it is all about Processors .it didn't crash with u because u have a high 1 but belive me when i say it will with most of the players .it will work fine up to 1600 more than that it will crash with more than 90% of the players
The skin is very good that's most important. You can try to make the model lighter. In high distance camera view it'll look same good as high poly model.

try to optimise it .some tricks should do that very well like making the blade a simple plane with alpha texture and so on

yes but some object in zero hour have more polygons but they are limited to one copy
in fact ,after few try ,is more big lol and bug the game ...
