I wanted more flags in the mod for a while now and recently Nolt has asked us if we needed any props for the mod, so i got him to make these flags. With the magic of PNG files, the flags actually use proper colors without the limit of RA2's unit???.pal palettes. (They are still 8-bit, but each flag has their own palette.)
It should be straightforward that which flag is which but still gonna write here:

Why do some Soviet-ruled countries use post-Soviet independence flags and others Soviet era ones, though?
USSR only occupied the Baltics for about 4 years during RA1 and Ukraine and Belarus gained independence after the war. But the other SSR's didn't.
Nice but if its alternative idea ukraine shouldn't exist, even now for some it was not exist if you known the real origins of buiilding/making this country.

Ukraine (and Belarus) in this world was liberated by the Allies after the end of Red Alert 1/WW2. It has the borders of Ukrainian SSR in 1936 OTL + Crimea (to further weaken Soviet presence in Black Sea, irl it was given to Ukraine 1 year later in 1954), so they don't control parts of Eastern Poland/Romania of the time.
Also no, while technically a Germanic flag, last flag isn't a real flag as i said, it is from a fictional/fantasy setting.
Spanish flag is completely wrong.
