RLCoop Beta v2.3 Release file

v2.3 Changelog lost. This is a re-upload for historical purposes, sometime in January of 2019, though I'm not sure this ever had an official release.

The only change I know for sure is that this is the first version with the crippling limb system, so things like explosions and fall damage have the chance to cripple a limb. Crippled limbs have catastrophic effects on the player, being forced to walk if 1 leg is crippled, or forced to crawl of both legs are crippled. If an arm is crippled, you can only use 1 handed weapons. If both arms are crippled, you can only use 2 handed weapons. Crippled limbs can only be healed with Nali Fruit or Superhealth.
