So are the skins with the blue camo in the game? if so, how do I find them. And, the rebel units don't show up in the editor. Thanks in advance and keep up the good work

The rebel units are currently missing in the mod (since they weren't included in any mission yet). What do you mean "skins with blue camo" ?
Are you talking about the stormtroopers with the blue colors? In that case simply place an stormtrooper and select one of the skins from the "texmods" field.

I'm creating a scenario of this mod in AS1, when you leave full mod for AS2, just transfer the file to the AS2 and it usually works?

because I'm doing five days this scenario, I wish it was not a long lost

It should work with AS2 once the demo is ported over. There might be some minor adjustments to do, but nothing to worry about.
