It's a mod using the Doom 3 Weapon Mod by Doomero. It'll be very creepy and oh yes there will be blood. If you have Lygophobia, you shouldn't really play it.

It's gameplay for the first boss battle. This is where you get the artifact. Oh and by the way all the weapons I gotten should have been found through out the mod so far, I just spawned them all because I don't want to go through all of the maps.
