Hi, you should turn the wooden ramp of 180° in order to face the water. And also you should place them more next to the water.
If you have based your work on Saving Private Ryan movie, in those movie there was a mistake when they they placed those ramps and they haven't corrected their mistake to keep the cost low. However they reported their mistake in their website.
