This mod completely overhauls the game. Each age now feels more extended and isn't rushed, as well as gameplay is more strategic than just spamming units from production facilities. It is best used in multiplayer. It also tries to re-balance the entire game and add unique units to underwhelming nations and take away unique units from overpowered ones. UNITS


NEW UNITS:

  • Operaciones Especiales (Spain)

CHANGES:

  • Flamethrowers:
    • re-added and re-balanced
    • currently do not empty garrisons (some weird bug, will fix at a later version), but are deadly against all infantry
  • Spec Ops:
    • removed to make space for a future unique unit
  • Generals:
    • raised costs (mostly cost wealth)
    • raised train time
    • support cost mostly wealth (can get very expensive)
  • Scutari:
    • removed in order to add Operaciones Especiales
  • Biplanes:
    • buffed all stats since they were too weak
    • fuel reserves increased
  • Rocket Artillery:
    • damage increased
  • Mortar & Siege Mortar:
    • reintroduced to Inca
    • both now an upgrade in siege line, not seperate units
  • Siege Mortar:
    • renamed from 81-82 Mortar
  • SAS:
    • changed icon and skin
    • fixed sound and updated info

BUILDINGS


  • Refinery:
    • changed oil bonus to 25%
  • Oil Pump/Derrick:
    • changed oil income to 40 (now, with a total of 8 refineries and 4 oil derricks nets +480 oil income)
  • Outposts/Anti-air buildings:
    • all line of sight is now 18 with no improvement from civics (stays at 18); this was done in order for scouts/commandos to be able to sabotage more easily as they were seen from WAY TOO far
  • Towers:
    • HP lowered
    • armor lowered
    • no more armor piercing
  • Wonder:
    • significantly increased plunder
  • Bunkers:
    • dmg slightly lowered
  • Space Program:
    • no more knowledge cost

NATIONS


  • JAPAN:
    • farm cost reduction = 66%
  • INCA:
    • nerfed around the board (all bonuses reduced)
  • MAYA:
    • buffed all powers slightly
  • KOREA:
    • now have 8 more starting citizens (start with 12 total)
  • FRENCH:
    • timber commerce = 40%
  • AZTECS:
    • buffed all powers slightly
  • DUTCH:
    • ship upgrade cost reduction = 66%
    • resource interest = 5 income
    • commerce = 40%

MISC


  • changed costs of all wonders to make more sense
  • plunder now awards 70% of raze value (making rush playstyles more lucrative)
  • Final tech:
    • knowledge cost and ramp up value lowered
  • V2 Rocket and Cruise Missile:
    • removed splash damage
    • changed cost
    • added metal as cost
    • raised damage
  • All unit ramp up costs increased
  • All building plunder values changed (and raised)
