- changed oil bonus to 25%
- Oil Pump/Derrick:
- changed oil income to 40 (now, with a total of 8 refineries and 4 oil derricks nets +480 oil income)
- Outposts/Anti-air buildings:
- all line of sight is now 18 with no improvement from civics (stays at 18); this was done in order for scouts/commandos to be able to sabotage more easily as they were seen from WAY TOO far
- Towers:
- HP lowered
- armor lowered
- no more armor piercing
- Wonder:
- significantly increased plunder
- Bunkers:
- dmg slightly lowered
- Space Program:
- no more knowledge cost

- farm cost reduction = 66%

- nerfed around the board (all bonuses reduced)
