Started developing new Graphical Interface Mod for CS:S. Its replace all standart HUD icons, background, many of menus like team menu or buy menu, scoreboard, spectator bar, etc. The most unique thing will be customization of interface - you can set different HUD colors, radar position, main menu style and many other.

I installed it on a none steam version and half of the mod works, actually only the menu looks different everything else doesn't.

Well its better to have steam version of cs:s.
You can install it on nonsteam version but when if you want to delete it you have to reinstall cs:s
