The Soviet Union shall rise again and we will be the ones to light that spark. Therefore, we will destroy the peace that exists between the Allied occupiers and the people of Russia. To do this, you will use my agents to carry out this operation. Most of Stalin's projects were shut down but mine has remained, the Psychic Legacy and it has grown even stronger. Infiltrate Allied buildings and take the "persuaded" Allied troops and destroy the Russian villages in this region. When news spreads, the people of Russia shall be outraged and the Allies will find their position in Russia compromised.

Download the zip file, extract and place all 3 files into the your custom maps Red Alert file. (Documents -> CnCRemastered -> Local_Custom_Maps -> Red Alert) Boot up the game, go to Missions -> Custom Missions and the mission name should be there.
