When the Soviet Union fell, the people of Russia begrudgingly accepted Allied rule. However this is not where Russia belongs. The Soviet Union shall rise again and we will be the ones to light that spark. Therefore, we will destroy the peace that exists between the Allied occupiers and the people of Russia. To do this, you will use my agents to carry out this operation. Most of Stalin's projects were shut down but mine has remained, the Psychic Legacy and it has grown even stronger. Infiltrate Allied buildings and take the "persuaded" Allied troops and destroy the Russian villages in this region. When news spreads, the people of Russia shall be outraged and the Allies will find their position in Russia compromised.
