First it was called "DELTA OPERATIONS". But now this mod tells the story of SPECIAL COMMAND UNIT Victor-3! The Campaign will be the same (most of it) but you can be assured: IT WILL BE AWSOME! BETTER THAN THE ORIGINAL VERSION "Delta Operations"!

Where are their staffs? I only see the lightnings O.o
After 11 years of nonstop analyzing and studying this issue i have come to the conclusion that it is just a weird bug! :P
