Red Doom began as a simple SP mod for Red Faction...it has now evolved into one of the biggest mods for RF. 25 years before Parker set a foot on the Red Planet, Ultor was already messing with genetics and DNA. On this particular day a small explosion causes an outbreak of a deadly disease known simply as Z-Virus. You are John Hunter, an ex-marine and now part of the SRS (Special Rescue Service).
