The year is 1955. Location New York. You and your friend Tony just pulled up to the Chanterelle, where you meet you lovley dates, Jane and Mary. After a while in the resturant you hear a sudden BOOM! The room gets thrown into chaos. You try to find a way out but its too late. 4 years later, after the Russian Invasion you end up in a prision with Tony. Now you guys must escape and find the rebellion, aka "The Black Hand", who you will help you take back your mother land and free America! TEAM MEMBERS NEEDED!!!!!! Voice actors, modelers, programer or if your extremly talented with the Flow graph, animators, texture desginers/skinners, mappers,flash You will need to know a good amount of thi in order to apply. Especilly for the modelers. But if you think you got what it takes plz email me, and u can become part of this incrediable journey. Note: This game will be a total converison, pre/post apocalyptic RPG. Were combinding ideas from Bioshock, Fallout, and half life 2 to make this mod.

Well it's not bad, and sorry for the "ugh" comment. Was rather rude by me, what I dislike with it is the roof... It's way to big and kind of bulky, however I like the model otherwise, but the roof doesn't fit with the building. :)

I think is much more important not the model, but the way in which you are gonna use it (read description). Looks like is gonna be something like Fallout, an open environment for a non-linear gameplay am I right?

yes ur exactly right, that was the point of this model, not so much how it looks, (although that is important) but mostly how u can use it, and yes it will be an very massive open enviroment, non-linear gameplay. u got the nail on the head. :)

hmmm, trying to see where the rendering is ******* up... Is it that black line on camera left on the near wall? And the fact that we see a matt texture under the skirting of the tiled roof? Oh, and now I see the strange texture map on the non-tiled part of the roof... Oddly stretched. Probable be better creating a material and not mapping it at all.

Looks like it's floating, the ground is horrible unless it's really a skybox but in my opinion just make the ground some simple solid ground and people wouldn't build houses under curling ground like that. They Would at least flatten the lot.
Oh and yeah the roof sucks try making it less like a giant Extruded Triangle.
Also try adding shadows that hit the ground from the house.

This is kinda testing grounds, you'll never see that ground texture in the game, especially not in the first level, just sidewalks and roads.
And yeah this a while ago,the roof has been fixed since then.

This is just one of the destroyed buildings you'll see in the post apocalyptic world, mostly likly around the outskirts of NYC. places like these can be used as shelters in case your hurt or need to sleep, or if u have a lot of enemies after you, u can use it as a small base and set up sandbags to defend yourself! And this model shows it without furniture, later we'll put that in.
