Colonel. Burton. From Generals, yes. In another alternate reality. He is badass. No additional comments.
What kind of badass needs a suit? The sweatshirt in generals gave the badass look. Also I don't think nato should have tubes and so on their stuff, sterotypically it's the soviets that do this, you know Yuri and all.
Then logically almost naked infantryman will be killed very easily :) Besides, we use stereotypes not often, basically we want from them to depart and show other sight at them.
P.S.: Tubes?
And, I have understood. These tubes pour in stimulators and an other dope in Barton that it took out weight of the equipment is easier.

i think the suit looks more high-tech then the soviet suit so its stereotypically correct
and theres no reason y they cant hav suits, it would unbalance the game

Нет, он скорее против вертолётов и пехоты, ну и лёгкую технику попилит. Зато бронирован весьма хорошо, лучше большинства героев.

I feel that the super-bulky armour thing is odd for both the Allies and Soviets. The Soviet power loader suits are totally badass, but overplaying them will weaken the impact. Try reigning the allies back to more conventional gear, and perhaps highlight their technology in weapons and accessories (like nightvision goggles and so forth) rather than suits.
Those aren't stimulants. It's Tiger blood.
It also will be realized, simply laser infantry and the Colonel use experimental equipment (laser-cannon with light alloy armor, helmet with digital display, etc), it's experimental troopers. In the majority of other cases the infantry will possess traditional equipment.
The note: the Alliance doesn't have power armor, at them can be simply enough thick suits with bullet-proof vests from simultaneously very strong and easy alloys (secret material), but any exoskeletons.
In the end, Tanja always was very much not technological :)
Now that is how Burton should be in RA!
