Command & Conquer Red Alert: Origins is a StarCraft 2 semi-total conversion custom map made to look and play as much like the original Red Alert game from Westwood Studios as StarCraft 2 allows.
So had any problems with the engine lately? I'm kinda curious as to what C&C stuff the SCII engine can't do. Also I hope nether blizzard or EA will bitch about this mod.
Well, the fact that I cannot change the cursor texture during gameplay is still annoying as ever. But apart from that, I haven't encountered any problems I couldn't work around.
there's a major flaw in your defense... flame towers are not normally able to shoot over walls... (though it's been a long time since i last played.. correct me if im wrong, but my instinct tells me that those flame towers would be useless in the original ;) )

Why would they? Red Alert 1 is freeware.
