After the defeat of the Soviet Union at the hands of the Allied Forces and with the Soviet Premier Alexander Romanov imprisoned whatever remains of the Soviet forces has been thrown into chaos. There is however one very talented commander who plans to overthrow the Allied occupants while the main army is busy fighting off Yuri's psychic legions...
And finally one for Ouroboros, or 'Orbs' for short - The Yuri faction.
While all three factions are equally important for Orbs to function the Psychic Legion is where it all began - Overseen by Yuri himself the Legion is the division reponsible for furthering the development of Mind Control technology, espionage and covert operations.
While Legion scientists focus on weaponizing the mind Dominion's brains focus on weaponizing nature itself. Creating gadgets such as Anti-Gravity drives and Plasma cannons are but few merits of this division. Their secondary role is recon, with their many bases being equipped with equipment capable of rapidly scanning vast amounts of land as well as a large array of satellites at their disposal they work in unison with the Collective to provide vital information to them.
Speaking of the Vanguard Collective they are the most "utility first, ethics last" faction with enemy infantry being ground into bio material used by the cloning vats to assemble something that can hardly be called human. These "flesh golems" are then equipped with extra weaponry produced by the Barracks. While the vats are capable of producing "Perfect" clones the Collective and even a large amount of free willed Orbs personnel deem such production to be a waste of resources for regular troops, leaving only Collective's specialized T1 infantry and a few others the priviledge.
