Just updated for patch 1.2. Contains some bugs....
Bugs:
Regenerative Hull Tissue (Large) gives -80% maint instead of -8%.
Fix: Go to - component_templates/00_utilities_critters_all and change ship_upkeep_mult = -0.8 to -0.08.
Colony ship armed modules 3rd weapon slot not clickable. No idea why.
Misc:
Damage_reduction = 50
Ship speeds boosted/tweaked
+1 core planets
+2 max leaders
Slightly decreased ship energy maint costs and increased mineral maint costs
Reduced habitable planet spawn (2 --> 1)
Tweaked leader ages/death
Tweaked colony influence costs
Tweaked free pop limit before sci nerf
