Epicest racing game of 90s is reborning with a new breath of Unreal Engine. Concept of the game is simple and interesting - You've got basic cars. 8-10. And u've got few tracks. To open more tracks and cars u need to complete 4 cups. It unlocs more levels and cars. Also there is a weapons in game. Rockets, Oil, Heavy Bowling Ball, EMP Impulse and moooore!! :D If u don't saw the original re-volt, u dont saw any good racing game. Believe me ;) ALSO I WANT TO SAY: WE STILL NEED HELP! MAPPERS, MODELLERS, TEXTURE ARTISTS WANTED

I think that you should leave the wheels high-poly... I mean, it would look a lot more impressive with wheels high-poly than low-poly.

Wait, cant you "bake" the detail of wheels on the lowpoly ones?
its called LOD (Level of detail) its a bit like tessellation but with out dx11 hardware (you have numerous models from low-poly to high-poly that interchange when you move closer or further away making more or less detail)... its DX9-10's way of making stable large draw distances :)
the technology is easy as a finger - u create a highpoly model, than u create lowpoly model, which will be similar to hipoly in scale, and than u do a projection of the highpoly on the lowpoly model. 99% of the games do this =)
