Republic Assault is a full scale conversion mod for the Petroglyphy game Star Wars Forces of Corruption. Using elements from both the current canon, and existing EU to create the best possible game experience.
Had a bit of a field day with testing certain things. Mainly just toying around with the Victory-I.
Currently, I rereigged it with 40 missile tubes (Up from 16, 24 new points), and 14 light turbolasers (Up from 0) in addition to the standard armament. I also decided to try out Jeroenimo's Victory-I style of missile firing, and play around with his assault missile particle.
In short, I
•Made the Victory closer to the EU armament
•Made a new missile model
•Greatly modified Jer's assault missile particle
•Achieved 2 fps
Dunno if I'll add it. If I do, I'll go talk to Jer on using the particle, and greatly modify the spawn rate of missiles, as to avoid 2 fps.40-4140

So what effects the reduction of FPS in regards to the engine itself or by a person's current equipment (e.g. GPU, CPU etc)?
