Raising the Bar is a mod based off of the idea of amalgamating the earliest concepts of Half-Life 2 into a coherent story. This mod is not a leak-fix, nor is it a concept art recreation gallery; it will be a full story with inspiration from the old material as well as our own ideas of how to make it all fit together.

Yep, looks like they put a wire support pillar (even with wire attachment 'hands') under the tracks!
So there was retail trains instead of Old Razor Trains

You guys adding Big mamma's and Bull Chickens to the beginning train ride? The ones that were supposed to try to attack and attach to the trains to make it through the wall?

You guys, are good designers) Would be nice to see both trains in the game, this one but a bit taller and rusty, and Razor - steampunk monster with veins like Citadel's (in some parts) and steam) Also, there is that flying bush, i know you will fix that) And rails are to thin. Actually no need to think of something unique on this. In the original design with Razor, there were just blocks with wires and tech textures. Keep in mind that many things were cut not because of the design, but because of money and engine, so trains supposed to be very big) And if possible, the Razor new m0del (GoldSRC hybrid version) is too tiny( On the concepts it was really big. A human being was like 1/2 of it or even less) so, if it's possible, would be great to see a big Razor railroad and train itself. There was also a design of both Razor trains with final models with windows and metal bars, and cyberpunkish wagons with glowing effects (must be prison or military trains) But that doesn't matter! It's already fantastic what you've done and still providing progress info on this page!!! We will wait for it as long as it must take!
Zat Telefonmast can't hold a train, telefonmasts are weapons used by the Nazi Germany, launched by some crazy guy that screams TELEFONMAST!
In a serious note, that will be awesome, and as a WIP, stuff will look silly. C:
Next time try taking screenshots with full settings on and AA. Force AA if you have to.

According to raising the bar there should be some bloody remains on the front of the razor train, is that in the works too?
We will be sure to implement this on the actual model. ;D
