Description
No new design. It's a Destroyer with Flaks. I got the pulsar canons from LeSunTzu's Assault Carrier (allowed). I'll use both, so I thought of sharing the same weapon. The intention is that the Destroyer uses the large guns against Capitals and the smaller guns against fighters. I had to change some stats also: price, build time, mass.
