However he is armed with TESLA ENCHANTED CANNON to deal with vehicles and buildings...
He is the slowest hero in game...
However he is the only hero that isn't easily killed by anti-infantry weaponry...
however Volkov is weak against anti-armor weapons...
Since it's a cyborg it's immune to radiation and also psionics...
