Added In this version:

Empire can now build Nebulon-B frigates! (I did not add Nebulon-Bs to the consortium becase they can already build them if they use the
"piracy" Corruption option on Mon Calamari!)

The Death Star II can only be built at Endor at tech 5 with a level 5 starbase.

Darth Vader's Executor can only be built at Kuat or Fondor at tech 5 with a Level 5 starbase.

The Acclamator now has a signifigantly increased fighter complement (They have VERY large luanch bays so they can carry A LOT of fighters).

Mara Jade and Kyle Katarn now spawn in GCs and Multiplayer GCs!

Empire starbase fighter spawns are now tweaked slightly for difficulty and as incentive to upgrade your starbases!
Tweaks as follows:
Level 1: 2 TIE Vanguard squadrons and 1 TIE Bomber squadron
Level 2: 2 TIE Vanguard squadrons, 2 TIE Bomber squadrons, and 1 TIE Fighter squadron
Level 3: 2 TIE Vanguard squadrons, 2 TIE Heavy Bomber squadrons, and 2 TIE interceptor squadrons
Level 4: 2 TIE Vanguard squadrons, 3 TIE Heavy Bomber squadrons, and 3 TIE interceptor squadrons
Level 5: 2 TIE Vanguard squadrons, 3 TIE Heavy Bomber squadrons, and 3 TIE interceptor squadrons
