Official secondary release of Pwrguns v3. This MOD lead to the server side only Q3 MOD Powerweapons v4-v8, and currently Pro-Powerweapons v12. Credit to Firestarter for his teleportation code, to AdamW for the CVARS of Beryllium MOD, and many others already credited through Powerweapons. This MOD was client side, and required all players to download the game and have it in their Quake 3 directory. Honestly it's been so long since I took a look at this, I'm not even sure it will compile with the lcc free compiler I used to work on both these MOD's. I will not be releasing my own work on Pwrguns v4, but I invite anyone who may be interested to check it out. If I remember right, this had 30 alt weapon modes, and took Powerweapons Pro v12 to the level it's at now.

So many MOD's went into making Pwrguns v3 it is hard to keep up with all the work that was done here. I take no credit for this one... it is now owned by me, but CleverACE did all the work. The new graphics, the sheer dimension of the game is amazing. Helen Keller and I played many hours of the Turret Wars variation.

As it stands, the sword doesn't work. CleverACE left me the unfinished version to work on, and I've done a ton of work porting it over to 1.32 and applying fixes, as well as tidying up the place. I've made the breakthough I needed to go on. Perhaps something will come of it at some later date.

The new weapons were designed in Milkshape 3d if I remember right...

Finally, I never found out what was causing it. But the fix was to start the game and type in cl_avidemo 0. Don't ask me, I haven't got a clue. But it looks like something made it default to on, and it was writing an enormous amount of screenshots. I think the first time I realized what was going on, there were over 100,000 screenshots. So here is what I have right now, there will be a release of, what it is, soon.
