Project Vortex: Battlefront is a Doom 2 mod that is heavily inspired by Stars Wars Battlefront and TimeSplitters. Pick between 4 unique characters and fight in huge maps against enemy forces, while being helped by your allies. This mod is best played multiplayer and includes co-op and competitive game modes. (This mod was made for Zandronum).

Hello everybody! This is olzhas1one here. I've co-operated with Zombieman115 and helped him on his mod Project Vortex, and so I decided to post some updates regarding it.
As you may know, the early version of the mod was quite peculiar. I've decided to step up and improve the sprites with IDDQD_1337, which look great in my opinion. Various other improvements have been made too.
There are now 2 new teams, Vortex Alliance and National Army. While the teams have the same classes, those being:
- Rifleman
- Shotgunner
- Sniper
- Bomber
The looks of the teams is different, depending on the team.
The mod currently supports Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch and Capture the Flag. Plans for Domination and Invasion are in the mind, but we're not sure about it.
