Project Phantom is a total conversion mod for C&C Red Alert 2: Yuri's Revenge powered by Ares DLL & Phobos Engine Extension. Set in a world where the course of history took a different turn and science has been elevated to previously unattainable heights, three factions engage in a conflict that will change the fate of the world.
New artwork for Phantom Morpheus Tank. It's main role is to serve as Phantom T3 Anti-Air vehicle, but is also capable of dealing some damage against light ground vehicle armor (weapon also sometimes disables ground vehicles) & infantry.
On top of that, add the fact that Morpheus is able to carry two infantry (one in case of commando infantry, spies & engineers) which can fire out, and you'll probably know where the relatively hefty price tag for a fairly fragile unit comes from.
