Project Far Cry was started as complete remake of the original Far Cry game. The mod's best feature is not only a remake, but total reconstruction of all the levels, assets and story. Our goal is to make Far Cry on a new engine with the best graphics, quality physics and a good story. We are looking for the missing parts in the game or maybe holes in the story and trying to fix everything. Some time ago, our team has changed. Until the better times, the mod development is cancelled. Maybe I will release the CryEngine2 Demo, which has been announced a year ago.

far cry never had ak47's only m4a1..
I think it is an overworked model of the AK-47 from Crysis. It isn't a converted or new model.
M4A1 is American ****. AK47 is the best killing machine.

Just look up the guns +'s and-'s AK47 is more reliable an does more damage
while the M4A1 is lesser reliable (more jams)does lesser damage but has a way higher rate off fire to survive in a jungle or forest for weeks AK47 is perfect because off its reliability and M4A1 is more something you use on a short missions so you can clean it
Actually, you're wrong with that last bit. And AR can go for WEEKS w/o being cleaned, all you have to do is drop some grease down the barrel and you're good to go.
