Project Codename Azis Ver. 01 file

This version has the countries I mentioned in my comment. I am currently working on the next version, in which I will add Vichy France (French State) and Louisiana, with their 1800 year borders. I am trying in these mods to nerf the already op countries such as France(not so much), Prussia, Russia (a bit), USA (very important), and UK (main goal and still WIP) and in the same time to buff weak countries that way like Mexico, Poland-Lithuania, Bulgaria, Syria and so on. The only problem i have encoutered with this version is the lack of core province in Chateauroux, which should be Vichy France but is not. This is all for now, if you have in idea for a country just notify me in the comments and I will add it.
