well i beg you to see that there is a huge difference betwen them:
Exo skeleton soilders are normal infantry guys, having the ability to lift a much higher wight than any normal soldier could. That mean that they can move faster, are better armored and armed etc.
Exo Suits are more like one and a half the size of a huge man, carrying mulitple weapon loadouts, good armor, that makes them resitant even against machine gun rounds. The good thing on them is that they can carry heavy enough weapon to destroy tanks, infantry or anything in the sky (with the right loadout), while still having a good armor and speed ratio, and the ability to cover in forrest like normal infantry.
I hope you like what I try to point out with that.
