Project 25 is a single player episode, made by Filip Coulianos, with 30 minutes of playtime set in the Half-Life 2 universe. The episode is a part of my final year project to get a Bachelour of art. The goal is to create a unique single player experience while still keeping the episode true to the original. Voice acting is performed by Kelly Harrigan, Edwyn Tiong and Emelie Isacsson. Short and sweet. Excellent work!

Quickie that packs a punch.

Atmosphere was on point. Loved the music as I enter that brightly lit hallway. *chef's kiss*

Intense firefights with good enemy variety.

Mapping was compelling and forward pointing. Not sure I'd go for the tedious toxic sludge angle to start the game, but at least it was brief. Challenging platforming puzzles that were ultimately rewarding to solve, though I don't know about that "cross the water gap" puzzle. Was I supposed to stack barrels from underwater to above water? I just piled a bunch of crap near one end and mashed the jump button. On one hand, it felt good to finish, but on the other it was a bit unsatisfying... what exactly was the intended solution?

Final sequence was exciting in a great map. Lots of little nooks and crannies to explore and fight from. I loved darting from building to building, flanking Combine and generally feeling like a badass.

Overall only minor complaints for a solid, enjoyable mod. Short but conclusive. Authentic chapter in HL2.

Short mod that's worth giving a go, the levels are well made, with decent detail, and a straight forward objective where you move from an underground outpost to a topside outpost, your enemies start off as Zombies supplemented by occasional squad of Combine Soldiers in the beginning levels before being completely replaced by Combine in the later levels, ending with a boss fight.

Totally worth checking out.

Nice job for just 2.5 months of work. Ending was a bit of sudden but nothing horrible. :)
