That looks ALOT like a WoW char with some sort of filter over it...actually im 100% sure that its a WoW char with a filter over
Well, umm, actually you are almost right. When I chose this character I used a lot of inspiration from WoW
I completely agree with SGT-Snail - this is clearly just a cutout from WoW that has been put through a filter in PS or Gimp. He even has the Stormwind tabard - I sincerely hope this isn't the "concept art" that you're referring to on the main page.

Sorry, I was referring to the description of the image - and I quote - "The first two concept arts for Primal Evil. They show the main character and the opening of the portal in the temple". Also, the image type is listed as Concept. Just because I made a slight mistake in my wording, it does not change the fact that this is in no way concept art. I was just wondering why you were posting a filtered image of a WoW character as "concept arts".
First, I do not know what filter you are talking about. It IS a concept art because HE will be the main character. What's so bad about it?
