Portal Stories: Mel is a mod consisting of 21 maps with various themes, linked together by a strong, brand new story. There will be new voice lines, models, materials, particle effects, challenging puzzles, and much more! We estimate players to spend 15-45 minutes on each level, making the total time playing the mod 4-12 hours, depending on experience. Most levels consist of puzzles with varying difficulties. The difficulty will always be in the puzzles. The execution will never require any quick reactions.

You will be in this particular lift, its just easier to see the arm carrying it from the outside xD

I know this is like pretty much pointless but should we see the arm? I mean, can you SEE the arm while IN the lift?

Good point. Personally, I think the DEV here is showing us that he knows what he's doing and wanted to show off a little. Nothing against the DEV because I think this is ******* sweet.

In the back of the elevator, where the spine of it is, the is a gap between it and you can possibly see the arm. Maybe this detail is not really for the riders benefit, but maybe in part of the story you can see one pass by and see how they work.

I always knew something like this existed in aperture. :) has been part of my head-canon forever. now, what about when the elevator tubes cross the tubes that transfer other equipment?

this looks really awsome though. :)

There should be a noise before it starts moving again; it's a bit abrupt.
