This mod is an recreate of Portal : Still Alive for PC.
Do you have any leaks? Did you compile with both hdr and cubemaps? Because that room (and the one in the next pic) both look a little dark...
They don't look that dark. If there was a leak, it would be black. But for some reason, it looks like the light has some gaps in it.
