After a long, bloody war in the Sudan, the governments of the United States and Russia struck an uneasy cease-fire over the fate of Africa and its burgeoning industry. This peace would be short lived, for to the north a new conflict was brewing. Ukraine, a former satellite state of the Soviet Union, sought to gain back the power from which it once reveled in. As the snow fell in a heavy midwinter storm, Ukrainian troops moved towards the border of Belarus. Without warning, Ukrainian troops attacked with a speed and effectiveness not seen since the Blitzkrieg of WWII.

This week we would like to welcome ProZac to the developer team as our new Sound Engineer. We have always looked at our sounds as being high quality and expect that ProZac will do a great job for POE:2. So stay tuned for his work to be Heard in the near future.

So while Hathcock was enjoying the warm weather of Jamaica last week the team continued to work hard on the mod. Even with the development server having some technical issues we were able to get a few things completed. First render to showcase this week is the German 155mm FH-70 Howitzer.

German troops will be utilizing the Dingo 2 All-Protected Vehicle as their main mode of transportation in POE:2. This vehicle has the possibilities of being armed with 7.62mm, 12.7mm, or 40mm weapon systems. We want to congratulate Jilted as he continues to improve his development skills as this will be his second vehicle modeled by him for use in our mod.

We receive a lot of questions from our fans if the anti-air weapons will be effective in POE:2. The screenshots below show a Tiger attack chopper being engaged by the Sa-13.
