Description
It was firstly introduced by Dutch army at the beginning of 17th century. Then, it was implemented by Imperial general Albrecht von Wallenstein instead of previous Spanish tercios to effectively oppose Swedish brigades.
During 1630s it became the most common formation in Europe and with some improvements it was used until the end of 17th century.
In mod you need to choose company commander, four musketeers units and two pikemen units, unite each into formation and choose "Spear point".
I believe tercios are exclusively spanish. The Holy Roman Empire also fielded comparable formations but they were called differently as long as I remember
