Paroxysm mod for Half-Life

Paroxysm is a team-oriented cooperative First-Person-Shooter modification for the award-winning game Half-Life. Play together with your friends as a team on either LAN or the Internet against masses of computer-controlled alien scum. Choose from a vast variety of weapons such as an Assaut Rifle, Combat Shotgun, Flamethrower and a Mass-Destruction weapon. Call in airstrikes to cover wide outdoor areas in a deadly rain of nukes and fight in pitch-black indoor missions to clean infested research facilities, bunkers and even spaceships of the alien menace. You start as an unexpierenced recon who still has to earn himself a reputation throughout his mission. Once you have earned enough reputation, you'll get access to the more devastating weapons and maybe you're even elected to become the unit's Team-Leader. Team-Leaders are some bad-ass soldiers with the most fatal weaponry and influence the moral of their team-mates which increases their skills during combat situations.
