That new big unit is called a command unit. Its still got a lot of work left to do on it. Anyway the main reason I added this unit is because I am cancelling the base building I originally wanted not to use but had to in ZH. So since TW can handle what I want I resumed my original plan not to have bases in the traditional sense.
What this means is that the command unit(you will get different versions)n calls in the renforcements or units you need. They will land wherever you have enough space.
This system will be mainly for American Empire and EF as seen here.
