You are still playing as Thomas Jr Tall as he goes deeper into this nightmare/ish world. In this part all of your questions will be answered, what happened to Maria, who is the punisher? and what is this place? IMPORTANT: you need to have Justine expansion pack in order for the custom story to work properly. We are proud to announce that the 3rd and final chapter of the painful reality trilogy has finally been released. We have worked almost 4 months with this chapter so we hope that we can please our fans :P In this chapter we have also added dialogue and voice acting in the notes as well. Five endings can be achieved, what ending will you choose?

I think even 70% is copy\pasted, with some stuff moved...
Voiceacting was seriously bad,but HEY, it HAS some in it witch is a big +
a lot of voiceacting wasnt lined up with the tekst showing...?
Almost all of the scripts are -> Pickup item = something happened.
Just too cheap for such a big story.
The story didnt make any sense at all.

2: Chipper... for what?
3: 1 extra screwdriver?

Finished the third one too, and so, the whole custom story series.

-For the third time- repetivity.
-Same annoying "get an item to-unlock a door to get another item" puzzles all the time
-Same hospital floor COPY PASTED FOUR TIMES! Come on!!

This time it was well written, and we got questions answered! Good storyline definetly. 8/10

Sorry. It would have been 8 or even 9 without the hospital part ruining everything. Most of the areas were greatly constructed and decorated otherwise. 6/10

All the same item finding hell honestly. Nothing to say on that. 3/10

It was scary. Few unexcepted and scary monster encounters too! 7/10

IN my subjective opinion, this was amazing. Purely amazing and enjoyable if we exclude the hospital area.
Awesome way to end this trilogy which was very unique ,but that ultimately good. Score is however, objective, and it is:

Good voice acting, answers all the questions posed in the first two parts, good scares and level design. Clearly a lot of work was done in this part.
Too many doors. Too much running around, with no clues or ANY mementos.. Not much of a story going on most of the custom story... nice effort, but I got disinterested quickly.
