i guess my main criticism is of the simplistic texture of the uniform
maybe add a dirt smudge there or a cut here but it still looks great
I agree, if you could take the texture of the helmet, and give the uniform a similar patter it would looks much better. Otherwise, good work.
Or how about we just go for historical accuracy like the mod aims to do... Keep up the good work PT team, as a military historian specializing in WW2 I find the addition of the Pacific Theater into CoH very exciting.
Actually, most of the Marines in The Pacific wore olive drab uniform, with a jungle pattern cloth covering the helmet to help with camo and to avoid glint during the night.

There could be more variation in the skins :/ Just copy the soldiers and skin different parts, like pants, helmets, bags with camo and mix them up in squads or use TankDestroyers skin randomizing.
As said in the News Post, ALL Skins are still Work In Progress and will most likely be changed before the final release.
