We are back with a whole lot of everything!First off, I would like to say please visit our new website and our new forums over at Orion-project.net We are still working out a few kinks here and there, but most of its uploaded. We still have to do the FAQ, Files, and Contact pages, but as of now, those are the least important.
We have installed our new forums and our database wouldn't transfer you we heavily encourage you guys to re-register on the forums and start posting away as we will be doing Beta hand outs periodically. So register, post, and get your chance to play Orion early!
Now! About the actual game! We are releasing our first public beta next month, October 2009. We have a private tentative date that we are hoping to hit, but in the world of games, things happen. Especially in the indie world.
We will be doing community events and handing out the Beta to select individuals up until the actual public release of Orion. This means you'll have an opportunity to play Orion with us, the developers (and other testers) before the game comes out. You can help us with feedback, changes, and opinions regarding the game!
And on the last note! We will be releasing Orion's Soundtrack THIS Friday for free of charge and available for download via our Website!

The first to be featured in ORION will be a version of Capture The Flag. There are 6 planned game modes already, including one completely original. Others to be released via Content Updates (shortly after the first public release) include: deathmatch, team deathmatch, search and destroy, cooperative, and our unique game mode, Vital.

Yeah,same here.Looking amazingly great.The first red faction was also a fantastic game.
Please note that some of the features, such as those coop modes, dinosaurs and the other set of weapons are being added regularly AFTER the first release.
We will be updating the game on a regular basis keeping it fresh with new content.
This will include the additions of new weapons, maps, game modes, and even game features.
However, yes, it is either 16 or 17 weapons that are in on the first release among a bunch of other awesome foundation features!
