Opposing Force Redux is a enhancement package for Opposing Force. It is designed to work with the new Steam Client provided by Valve. Opposing Force Redux enhances your Opposing Force installation beyond what was thought to be possible with the High Definition pack that shipped with Blue Shift. Redux is a community project. It is non-profit and contains work from members of many communities. Such communities are Half Life Improvement Team, which provide invaluable support and a great source of custom Half Life content. However most of the work is done by our Team. Redux is a complete visual and audio overhaul for Opposing Force. Containing new models, sounds, sprites and some map enhancements to immerse you into a new level of game play. Even the smallest of details have been reworked to give your now fancy ass gaming computer something to chew on. This is not a Source project/port. ok seriously guys i need help i know where to put some of it but can some one like add a fucking list on where to put it cus when i open it up all the files are in one big pile not in separate folders
Extract the file to C:/SIERRA/half-life/GEARBOX for the WON version, and C:/Program Files/Valve/Steam/Steamapps/*your steam account*/opposing force/gearbox for Steam. Your file direcrorys may be different, but just make sure to unzip it to the Gearbox folder.

Most of the weapons didn't change for me, only the Knife and the desert eagle. Any one know what happened?

do i need a special rar downloading service or something because when I try to download the file it sends me to a windows page where it says it can't find the file.rar or whatever.

O yes, if you haven't done this, plz dl WINRAR or you can't dl this, this is a rar file so you need winrar to extract the archive.
THIS IS A VERY DETAILED patch i played this 4 years ago you can see the watch hand and evrey thing its all very detailed one things is it took me a while to find it again and how u install it thanks
these are the models it was spossed to change that it didnt the black ops the shock aliens with the beetles the grunts the pistol the m16 ok the things it changed were the sniper rifle the desert eagle the beelte weapon the barnicle m238 saw the knife the monkey wrench the fish type weapon that shoots out weird ammo il upload the pics soon ok
