I was the guest but i cant find any players
I suggest the Discord to find players. We are just getting started testing and there is no playerbase yet.
Thursday, June 8th, at 8pm Eastern, we are going to have a playtest with some of us devs of the mod. Please join us then and each Thursday for official tests.

Is there a changelog by any chance?
There is no changelog at the momment, but there is an updated feature list on the mod summary if you hit "Read More" at Moddb.com
Once you download and get Operator installed (and subscribe to workshop mod), we suggest you join a coop server, even if it is empty. Official servers say "pre-beta" in name.
Even solo on an empty server, you can check out all of the new features, weapons, ammo, bot tweaks, armor, shields, etc... Also, other players may notice you and join.
The best way to get a game going with other Operators right now is to meet up with them on Discord.gg
Doesn't adding it to the Sourcemods folder would work?
I was making mods as you did in there, placing em directly in the game's folder, but Sourcemods works just great
