What prompted the decision to include Covenant?

What will happen to the Call of the Prophets Mod now?
1. We felt that there wasn't a reason not to include the Covenant.
2. It still exists and will likely have a separate release for people who just want the Covenant.

Here's hoping that, in later versions, the Elites will take a whole magazine to kill and their weapons will be viciously powerful and pinpoint accurate. Alien invasions were never about being fair.
Powerful, sure. But pinpoint accurate? When have plasma weapons ever been accurate? Thats their one downfall is they're easy to avoid.
