Description
Veteran troops from the 101st Airborne Division, led by a Captain. Having fought together since their training at Camp Taccoa, the squad will fight for every man it loses. The squad can revive downed members and heal nearby friendly troops, throw a satchel charge, Mark Targets, and initiate a Heroic Charge. The squad's Officer also inspires nearby troops.
101st wasn't in Italy and Toccoa was a 101st camp, if youre lookin for an 82nd camp try Bragg.
Pseudo-realism. I'll take my pick when it comes to artistic liberty. TBH I was never too fond of the All American, or of wasting the 101st models that Relic provided with the game. The mod is large as it is with new skins, I didnt want to hunt around for new 82nd AB ones.
The Mod runs with units from 1942-45, so units that appeared in the normal game and in Europe (but not Italy) are still included--and this includes the 101st.
But you can just take a picture of an 82nd patch and paste it over the airborne one.
Halftrack has an 82nd airborne skin.
I've caved. 82nd skins will pop up in the future.
