Old Map for Victoria 2 HOD file

All mods are common, ignore the map projection difference (i use black technology lol) Just need to check this map mod in the launcher I made this map look like an old map, with Morandi colors Refer to the code of Retextured Map in Para forum to removes animated water and make the game more fluent
