This is a Warhammer 40,000 mod for the game Arma: Cold War Assault.

I am not fully sure but I think Macser added some Anime of the Helmet Visor to flip up... (not sure if its a Night vision thing, or just some Eye Candy FX.
It's purely visual.And model specific.So there's a couple of versions of the basic trooper.One with visor up.One with visor down.Then each one has a range of "hidden" selections that can be switched on and off.This is to add a little variety to the models.
