loving the detail on both of them.

The marine's pauldrons seem a bit small though, other than that the scale is great.

Cheers.

I did reduce the size of the head/helmet.And I might try increasing the size of the pauldrons. But it won't be by much. There's a few things to consider.

Unlike an rts or third person perspective, you can look around while you move in the Arma series.I don't want the pauldrons interfering with that ability.

Next is the animation of the characters. As you probably know, the art and tabletop representation of marines is very stylised. The art in particular is done in the heroic style. To excess usually.

They look great, and work really well in a 2d composition. But that more often than not, won't transfer into a moving character. Not without a lot of clipping.Which still happens with my own model. So I had to make some compromises,as others have done,to minimise that.

It'll work for some, and not for others.Which is fine.

I guess the pauldrons can be scaled up a bit without intefering with the sight. Also love the magazine pouches for the Space Marine, always wondered where did they hide their magazines.
You might also attach some grenades to the belt on the back.

You might also was to make the boots of the DKoK the upper part a bit thicker, it looks kinda thin. Otherwise love the model too, its the Grimdarkness incarnate.

"You might also attach some grenades to the belt on the back."
WHY? That would not make any Sense ... How would he reach for them ? a SM has a Hard enough Time Scratching his own @$$ let alone try to Reach for Grenades to Throw ..
O_o

I guess I expressed myself wrongly, what I mean was more on the side at the back of the belt, like in this pics:

BTW loled at the idea of a Space Marine scratching his own @$$, seems to be under bad influence from orks (damn those xenos, corrupting Emprah's finest)

The pauldrons I'll try out.The grenades already exist in game.
Although they're at the front. So as LFH says,he can reach em. :)

For the human troops I tried to keep human proportions.
And given the fact the krieg guys wear puttees(wraps),
I'd expect them to hug the shin a bit more.

The Red Scorpion proportions remind me of Spehhs Mahreen the game.

And its a good thing. :D

I really love Krieg model.
Who modelled & textured him?

Thank you for the comments.☺

The character models from space marine look great. And they
were one of the examples I took as a guide. But I scaled up
a bit more than out.So they look a little slimmer, but taller.

The Krieg engineer has been around for a while. It's one
of my own creations.

He looks more detailed than the marine. But that's an optical
illusion, caused by the size difference and general shapes.

The marine model will usually look simpler, because of the
shapes that make it up.Very rounded and clean.

The engineer has more angular shapes.Especially the accessories.
And next to the marine has it all packed into a smaller space.

The Krieg infantry is composed of just 1565 verts. That works
out at 1856 faces total.Spending time on the textures always
helps too.

The marine model has 2680 verts.Or 2783 faces.That includes the reliquary trinket,pouches,grenades and a tabard.Which are switchable.So it's actually
the more detailed of the two.
