~~~~~~ NORTHERN FORTRESS v1.00 ~~~~~ So it is written in the ancient chronicles: The Kingdom of Henry I, "Longhand", stretched from the Great Toads Bog in the south to the Salty Lands in the north. After his coronation, the King started to expand his empire toward the north, seizing the lands of Shadow People, who since times long past were constantly fighting among themselves. Eventually these people retreated through the Rocky Mountains to the north, and small clans scattered across the vast open spaces beyond the mountains, where only small tribes of wandering orks lived. The Rocky Mountains became the northern border of the Kingdom, creating a formidable barrier against invading enemies from the North. Later on, Henry III, "The Wise", built a small fortress which guarded the only pass though the mountains, giving the enemy no chance of returning.
